The idea starts with indoor electric karting downstairs and golf bays upstairs, where you hit real balls toward targets on a range. Add shared food and rooms for birthdays, meetings, and group outings—all in the Duluth area.
What could come next? +
We want to start with a place people love coming back to. If that first phase works, here’s where the bigger idea could go.
A water park. More ways for families to spend a day together.
A hotel and resort amenities. A reason for visitors to stay longer and make a weekend of it.
Youth programs and skill-based classes. Space to learn, build confidence, and try something new.
These are future possibilities. Expansion would depend on feasibility, funding, and how the first phase performs. A location and opening date haven’t been confirmed.
